LifeSight is in what was formerly known as the Motor Service Building, now known as The Garage, a one-story brick building on the corner of 4th & Saint Joseph Streets in downtown Rapid City. (The building is easily recognized by the vintage auto manufacturer signage along the roofline and its set of yellow entry doors!)
