Since 2014, LifeSight has partnered with students at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine to study children’s vision and rural eye care needs across our state.
With oversight from institutional review boards and principal investigator mentors from the LifeSight Board of Directors, students have collaborated with LifeSight to publish seven manuscripts to date in peer-reviewed medical journals such as Ophthalmic Epidemiology, South Dakota Medicine, and Aesculapius Journal.
